Near a scenic beach, the campground was once a village site for the Auk Tlingit Natives. There are 11 camping sites and each campsite has a picnic table and fire ring most meet accessibility standards. There are water faucets and one accessible vault toilet in the campground. It is 15 miles Northwest of Juneau on Glacier Highway.
