This campground sits at 7,600 feet elevation. It is nearby to Big Meadow Creek, Buck Rock Lookout, and trails into Jennie Lakes wilderness. At Hume Lake, approximately 15 miles away, visitors enjoy swimming, non-motorized boating, fishing and hiking. The trails in the district are open to hikers, horses and bikes (however, bikes are not permitted in wilderness areas).
