Pioneer campground is located on the banks of the Blacksmith Fork River about 9 miles from Hyrum, Utah at an elevation of 5,600 feet. This little campground has many nicely secluded sites tucked under Black Willow and Box Elder trees. Recreation Visitors enjoy hiking, fishing and exploring off-road trails. Mountain bikers can follow Forest Road 245 to the Great Western Trail,a multi-use trail, near the Blacksmith Fork Guard Station.
