Grannier Meadows is a large grassy area located along FS Road 300, better known as the Loop Road, high in the foothills of the southern Wind River Mountains. The area is popular for snowmobiling and OHV use on the surrounding Forest System roads. The site contains bear boxes, a vault toilet, visitor information, and ample parking. Food and bear attractants must be stored in accord with the Shoshone tiol Forest Food Storage Order. There is no cell service, and there is a 16-day stay limit.
